Ayoola started her career as a highly sought-after model, Dancer and Actress. It was through these life experiences as well as her education in Performing Arts that she shaped and honed her creativity, developed her personality and gained the drive and skills to launch her own business, Rare Look in London.

 

After her early success with Rare Look, Ayoola set her sights on a new goal.  She is now giving back by mentoring the next generation of business leaders and creative minds in the UK.  She works one-on-one with young adults helping them to achieve their goals, find their focus, and connecting them with others that can help them realize their dreams through her empowerment event company Rare You.

 

As someone who started from humble beginnings, she has been able to demonstrate through her work that focus, resolve and tenacity are the ingredients to success. Ayoola is no stranger to adversity. She has shown an uncanny understanding of people and uses her challenges as an opportunity to impact on lives.
